Locals padlocked ward office of Hansapur Municipality-4, Dhanusha on Thursday. Locals padlocked the office because Ward Chairman Kishore Yadav had not come to the office since past week.
Local RJP Leader Lalbahadur Yadav said the ward chairman never stays at the office because of which the locals are bound to face problem while seeking services.
Locals alleged that the chairman carries letter pad and stamp in this bag and only works for people who are close to him.
Locals demanded easily accessible service. Hundred of locals had arrived at ward office to padlock the office.
