On 11th September, a complaint has been filed against 28-year-old Raj Kishor Ray Yadav of Malangwa Municipality-3 for alleged sexual abuse of a 15-year-old child.  The relatives of the victim have alleged that the accused had abused the victim on the evening of Dahamela, a festival of the Muslim community. On 10th September, the victim went to see the proceedings in Bishwakarma chowk of Malangwa municipality-3, whereat she was sexually abused. 

The victim underwent a medical examination on 11th September at Sarlahi district hospital. The accused has been absconding since the incident. The police will take the necessary action when the accused is arrested, said DSP Pratit Singh Rathor.
