Accused of rape arrested from Salyan

Police, on 13th September, arrested 23-year-old Birendra Budathoki of Kumnakhmalika Rural Municipality-1 on the charge of raping a 28-year-old woman. Police had been searching for the accused after the victim had filed a complaint on 7th September.
The victim has undergone a medical examination at Salyan district hospital on 7th September. Police are further investigating the incident.
