Police arrests one on the charge of rape

Police arrested 36-year-old Eljit Rai of Hachuwagadhi rural municipality-3 Bhojpur currently residing in Tarakeshwor municipality-10 Manamaiju on Monday morning on the charge of raping two minor girls
Police deployed from Metropolitan Police Circle Balaju arrested Rai after they were reported about the finding of an 11-year-old girl at Manamaiju. During the investigation, police found that Rai, a bus conductor, had raped the girl from Tokha. He was also found to have sexually abused her 10-year-old friend from Ramechhap.
Police are further investigating the incident.
