Police, on 22nd September, have arrested Raju Kunwar, the 28-year-old teacher of Chamunadevi Primary School, for sexually abusing a 15-year old student of the same school. 

The relatives of the accused had filed a complaint against Kunwar on the 20th of September in the Barhabisye police office for an alleged sexual assault on 19th September.  The victim has undergone a medical examination in Barhabise health post on 20th September. 

DSP Madhav Prasad Kafle of the District Police Office said that the police are investigating the incident by extending the remand under the case of attempted rape.
