Police, on September 21  have arrested 50-year-old Dilip Kumar Shrestha a resident of Koilaadi rural municipality currently residing in Kathmandu metropolis-10, Bhimsengola on the charge of sexually abusing a 43-year old woman.  According to Gautam Mishra, the DSP of Metropolitan Police, the accused had sexually assaulted the woman on September 16 while working at building construction in Lalitpur metropolitan city-15 Haattiban. 

The victim had filed a complaint on September 16. The victim underwent a medical examination on the same date in Patan Hospital in Lalitpur.
