The locals have padlocked the ward offices of ward no. 4 and ward no. 7 protesting the rural municipality's proposal to shift the center of the rural municipality. The ward office, schools and the offices of different organizations in those wards have been padlocked since September 18. The current center of the rural municipality is in Dilasaini, the ward no. 7 of the municipality.
