Accused of rape attempt arrested

Police arrested 50-year-old Jit Bahadur Adhikari on September 24 on the charge of attempting to rape a 30-year-old woman. The victim had filed a complaint of attempted rape on September 24.
According to the victim, Adhikari on September 13, who was drunk at that time, allegedly attempted to rape her by taking her to a nearby jungle. The victim underwent a medical examination on September 24.
