Husband arrested for killing wife

Police October 13 arrested 33-year-old Dhirendra Thapa on the charge of killing his wife 31-year-old Janaki BK (Thapa) of Lamkichuwa Municipality-4. BK. Janaki who was seriously injured from the beating of her husband on October 8, died at Lalratna Hospital in Lamki on October 13, according to DSP Dakshakumar Basnet of the District Police Office.
The deceased's body is kept at Seti provincial hospital, Dhangadhi for postmortem, said DSP Basnet.
