A complaint of rape has been filed against Tekendra Dahal, a 43-year-old teacher of Dhalkebar English Boarding School on October 16. The teacher is accused of raping a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old girls repeatedly, the last time being on October 14.
The accused had raped them promising to improve their roll numbers. The case became public after the family found out the excessive bleeding of the victims. Police had arrested the teacher on October 15 and started the investigation process. The duo has undergone a medical examination at Janakpur zonal hospital on October 16.
