Police arrests man on the charge of rape attempt in Salyan

Police on October 20 arrested 30-year-old Manabir Sunar, a resident of Chaurjahari Municipality-7 on the charge of attempting to rape a 25-year-old girl. The victim's family had lodged a complaint against him at District Police Office Salyan on October 20 accusing him of attempting to rape the girl on October 12.
Police arrested and started investigation against Sunar who had escaped to India following the incident when he had come back to his home, informed DSP Dhakendra Khatiwada of District Police Office Salyan.
