Youth arrested on the charge of raping teenager

Police on October 21 arrested 22-year-old Dhanrashi BK, a resident of Marshyangdi Rural Municipality-5 in Lamjung on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. Police arrested BK on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim on October 20 at District Police Office Lamjung, accusing him of raping the girl on October 17.
DSP Rabindraman Gurnung of DPO Lamjung said, police have started investigation into the incident by taking the accused into custody.
The victim underwent medical a medical examination at community hospital in Lamjung on October 21.
