Rape accused arrested from Rupandehi

Police, on October 28, arrested 50-year-old Bishnu Prasad Pandey of Tillottama Rural Municipality-2 in the charge of raping a nine-year-old. The relatives of the victim filed a complaint at Butwal Area Police on October 28 accusing Pandey of rape on October 4.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Lumbini Regional Hospital, Butwal, on October 28, the police said.
