Elderly, single women affected by lockdown in Kapilbastu

A certain groups of people are deprived of social security allowances due to the lockdown made by the public representatives in Buddhibhumi Municipality in Kapilbastu. Those groups picketed the office of the municipality on October 30 demanding the distribution of their allowances. Among the groups that were affected by the lockdown are senior citizens, persons with disabilities and single women.
