Man arrested on charge of rape from Banke

Police arrested 37-year-old Saurya Damai of Birendranagar Municipality-5, Surkhet, on November 4, on charge of raping a 64-year-old woman.
According to Inspector Santosh Rokka, the victim filed a complaint at Area Police Office Kohalpur on November 4 stating that the accused raped her on November 3.
The victim's medical examination was conducted at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj on November 4.
