Police on Tuesday arrested 23-year-old Ramesh BK of Panchpokhari Thampal Rural Municipality-1 Baskharka on the charge of sexually abuisng a 13-year-old minor girl.

Police arrested BK on the basis of a complaint lodged against him by the victim's family at Area Police Office Melamchi on Monday. The victim's party reported in the complaint that BK sexually abused the minor girl on November 2, informed inspector Mahendra Darnal.

The victim underwent a medical examination at Melamchi primary health center.
