Students padlocked Janata Secondary School of Sisne Rural Municipality-3 in East Rukum.

They padlocked on Tuesday saying the management community has no solidarity on the formation of a new community.

Hari Krishna KC alleged that some persons instilled Nandaram Lamichhane in the position of the chairperson of the school management committee during night time. He said that this process was done when all parents had returned from school as there was no consensus on the formation of the school management committee.

The principal of the school, Kalu Khadka, said that the school management committee was formed as per the required procedure set by the education department of the rural municipality. 

He said that an attempt would be made to resume the regular classes as the education of school has been affected due to padlock.
