The dispute over the land at Mulabari Bhiman Secondary School in Dharpani, Dhanusha, has been aggravated after local Pashupati Kumari Lama of Bateshwor Rural Municipality broke the wall of school with the support of police administration to measure the land which was donated to the school by her ancestor.
The dispute escalated after Pashupati Kumari demanded the return of the land which was donated to the school by her ancestor.
The students and locals have protested with various slogans demanding that the school's public land should not be grabbed. Students warned that they would take strong action if the land of school was seized.
Bhiman market was closed for some time due to a dispute over the school.
