Area Police Office Beltar arrested 31-year-old Ramji Bishwokarma of Chaudandi Municipality-2 Gagate in Udayapur on the charge of raping a 22-year-old woman.
Police arrested Bishwokarma on Wednesday morning after being reported that he had raped the woman at a community forest in Chaudandi Municipality-1 Kabhre on November 2. Police are further investigating the incident.
