Police arrested 35-year-old Bir Bahadur BK, a resident of Dullu Municipality-8, from his home on November 15 on the charge of raping a 30-year-old woman. 

The victim filed a complaint at District Police Office on November 9 stating that the accused raped her on October 29 while she was sleeping with her two young sons.

According to Inspector Upendra Acharya, police arrested the accused for investigation based on the complaint filed by the victim.

The victim's medical examination was conducted at District Hospital Dailekh on November 9.
