Rape accused arrested from Rupandehi

Police arrested 25-year-old Ram Milan Kahaar of Marchawari Rural Municipality-4 on November 14. Police arrested Kahaar from Bhairahawa on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl on November 11. The victim filed a complaint at District Police Office Rupandehi on November 14 stating that Kahaar took her to his rented room by enticing her with different things and raped her.
According to DSP Khadak Bahadur Khatri, police has initiated action against the accused based on the complaint filed by the victim.
Police also informed that the victim's medical examination was conducted at Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa on November 14.
