Woman files rape complaint against registrar

A 35-year-old woman filed a complaint against a 50-year-old Registrar of District Court Kailali, Bhuwan Giri, on November 20, stating that Giri raped her from October 21 to 23.
The victim was two and a half months pregnant. The victim stated in the complaint that Giri raped her and killed the fetus.
The victim's medical examination was done at Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadi on November 20.
