Complaint filed against rape accused

A complaint was filed against a 20-year-old man in accusation of raping his 13-year-old sister.
Inspector Chandra Kishor Shah informed that the accused raped the sister on November 21 in a sugarcane farm.
According to the locals, the accused ran away when a neighbor saw him raping his sister. The victim's medical examination was done at the district hospital on November 21.
