On November 25, Nepal's construction federation organized a protest at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar, Kathmandu in protest to the eight points of the public procurement policy 2076.
Construction entrepreneurs tied a black rope on their hands pressurizing the government to address the demand for development projects including the bank credit line.
FNCCI president Ravi Singh said Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's commitment to revise the rules were not implemented even after six months. He warned that development, construction works would be halted if their demands were not met.
