Police arrests man on the charge of raping woman in Palpa

Police on November 26 arrested 49-year-old Shiva Bahadur Kumal of Rainadevi Chhahara Rural Municipality-1 Siddheshwori on the charge of raping a 41-year-old woman.
The victim had filed a complaint against Kumal on November 25 at District Police Office accusing him of raping her on November 11. Police arrested him on the basis of the same complaint for the investigation, informed sub-inspector Moti Bahadur Khadka.
The victim underwent medical examination at Palpa district hospital on November 26.
