Accused of rape arrested from Kailali

Police arrested Shiv Kumar Katharia, 26, of Kailari rural municipality-12 on November 30 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman. According to SI Mohan Bahadur Singh of Kailali District Police Office, police arrested Katharia on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim on November 28.
The victim underwent a health check-up at Seti Regional Hospital, Dhangadhi on November 28, added Singh.
