Police arrested Munna Syangtang of Bagmati Rural Municipality-6 from Bagmati Rural Municipality-3 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl on June 18. The relatives of the victim had filed a complaint of sexual assault on July 29. The victim underwent a medical examination on July 29 at Hetauda Hospital.
