Man arrested on charge of raping woman with disability

Police deployed from Makwanpur District Police Office, on December 12, arrested 45-year-old Jetha Moktan of Hetauda Sub-Metropolis-11 on the charge of raping a 48-year-old woman with speech impairment. Police had arrested the accused as soon as they were informed of the information of the rape. The police are further investigating the incident.
