Youth arrested on charge of raping 9-year-old girl

Police arrested 23-year-old Sabin Dong of Raksirang Rural Municipality on December 13 on the charge of raping a 9-year-old girl. Dong who hails from Raksirang-3 is currently living at Manahari Rural Municipality-7.
The victim's party filed a complaint at Area Police Office on December 13 stating that the accused raped the girl on December 12.
The victim's medical examination was conducted at the Primary Health Post on December 13.
