Police, on December 13, arrested 17-year-old boy of Lalitpur Municipality-14 on the charge of raping a 10-year-old girl.  The boy had raped the girl on August 16 by inviting her to his home and had raped the girl the last time on Decem ber 11, said the victim's mother. The victim's mother had filed a complaint of rape on December 12, said DSP Gautam Mishra. The victim underwent a medical examination on December 13 in Patan Hospital at Lalitpur.
