Police, on December 15, arrested 42-year-old Khimlal Reule of Tribeni Rural Municipality-4 on the charge of raping a 40-year-old woman on September 17. The victim had filed a complaint of rape in the District Police Office on September 22. The police arrested the accused from Kapurkot Rural Municipality-4 while he walking in the streets, said DSP Dakendra Khatiwoda of the district police office. The victim underwent a medical examination on November 21.
