Complaint of rape filed in Panchthar, accused arrested

The relatives of an 18-year-old girl filed a complaint of rape at the district police office against 22-year-old Bal Kumar Gurung of Fidim Municipality-8 on December 20. The victim side stated in the complaint that the accused had raped the girl on December 16. The victim underwent a medical examination on December 20. Police arrested the accused on the same day that the complaint was filed.
