Street business operators stage protest in Butwal

Nepal self-employed trade workers association organized a demonstration in Butwal on December 26. The demonstration was staged against Butwal Sub-metropolitan City demanding an end to the municipal police's high-handedness against street business operators.
The demonstration which started from Butwal bus park converged at Puspalal park in Butwal.
According to the demonstrators, a street business operator selling peanuts was severely injured after being beaten by municipal police on Wednesday.
