Tulsipur man arrested on charge of raping teen

Police arrested 37-year-old Hari Gautam of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan-13 on December 24 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl.
The victim's party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Tulsipur on December 24 stating that the accused raped the girl while she was going to school on December 23.
The victim's medical examination was done at the Rapti Provincial Hospital in Tulsipur on December 24.
