Police arrests man on the charge of killing wife in Jhapa

Police on Thursday night arrested 32-year-old Shankar Murmu of Shivasatakshi Municipality-6 on the charge of killing his wife, 28-year-old Taramai Hemaran by stabbing her with a knife.
Police deployed immediately from Area Police Office Shivaganj and Area Police Office Jhiljhile immediately after being reported about the incident arrested Shankar. The woman who sustained a serious injury in the attack died while undergoing treatment at Primary Health Center in Shivaganj.
Police are further investigating the incident.
