Journalists stage sit-in demanding action against threat

Journalists staged a sit-in in front of District Administration Office, Humla on December 30 stating that police did not take any action against threat issued to a journalist. A complaint was filed against 28-year-old Ramjan Shahi and 30-year-old Jagadish Hamal of Kharpunath Rural Municipality-4. The duo allegedly threatened to kill 29-year-old Journalist Narjan Tamang of Chankhel Rural Municipality-5.
