Ward Chairperson Bhim Bahadur Khatri of Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality-2 was assaulted on Sunday while mediating a dispute between uncle and nephew. According to witnesses, Arjun Mangranti punched the ward chairperson. In addition, Arjun also punched the office assistant.
