TU Medical Dean Dr. Agarwal smeared black soot

28-year-old, Bijaya Thapa of Kageshwori Manhara Municipality-1 has smeared black soot on the face Dr. Jagdish Agarwal Dean of Tribhuvan University Medical Studies on Monday at the premises of a hospital.
DSP Umesh Lamsal of Metropolitan Police Circle of Maharajgunj informed that a young man entered the office room of Agarwal and smeared black shoot.
According to the police Thapa was arrested and the reason for the smeared has been uncovered. Police are investigating the incident further.
