Dil Bahadur Budha, the ward chairperson of Shuklaphanta Municipality-11 has filed a written complaint at Area Police Office, Jhalari, accusing 55-year-old Agni Bista and his 28-year-old son Lokendra Bista of Shuklafanta Municipality-11 of assaulting him on January 7. SI Mohan Chand said that they have called both sides for discussions.

According to Budha, Bista and his son resorted to attacking upon him when he told them to go to the municipality office to get the expenses incurred during the management of unattended animals. The injured chairperson Budha underwent medical treatment at a local medical.
