Youth gang raped and killed in Bajhang

A group including the JCB driver of Kalamgagadh Hydropower Project gang-raped and killed 20-year-old Lalita Dhami of Bungal Municipality-2, Basti. Irate locals vandalized 10 vehicles and the field office of hydropower in response to the incident.
