Police arrests man on the charge of raping girl with mental disability

Police on January 15 arrested 44-year-old Tika Bahadur Rai of Thulungdudhkoshi Rural Municipality-9 on the charge of raping a 21-year-old girl with mental disability.
According to inspector Mahendra Darnal of District Police Office, the victim's family filed a complaint against Rai accusing him of raping the girl on January 13.
The victim underwent a medical examination at district hospital in Phaplu on January 16.
