The villagers locked participants of a one-day training program conducted at Nera Adharbhut Secondary School, Katibaluwa of Kalikamai Rural Municipality-5. The villagers detained the participants protesting against the selection process based on nepotism by Hira Om Saah Kalwar, Ward Chairperson of Kalikamai RRural Municipality Ward no. 4.
