Police arrests youth on the charge of raping 4-year-old minor girl in Saptari

Area Police Office Kalyanpur have arrested 25-year-old Ram Bhagat Chaudhari of Khadak Municipality-5 on the charge of raping a 4-year-old minor girl.
Police arrested Chaudhari on the basis of a complaint filed by the minor girl's father on Wednesday. The incident became public after the victim's sister revealed that Chaudhari raped the minor girl on January 17 by luring her to his home.
