Woman seriously injured as son attacks with khukuri in Sunsari

A woman has sustained serious injury after being attacked by her son in Sunsari.
36-year-old Kabita Karki of Itahari Municipality-2 Hawaichowk sustained injury on various parts of her body after being attacked with khukuri by her son 18-year-old Paras Karki on Wednesday night during a domestic dispute.
Kabita was taken to Nobel hospital in Biratnagar for treatment, informed Area Police Office Itahari.
Police have arrested the assailant and are further investigating the incident.
