Police rescues woman held hostage by family

Police rescued a 21-year-old Mamta Kumari Sah of Nawarajpur Rural Municipality-1 on February 3. Sah was held hostage by her family members.
The victim shared that she was assaulted and held hostage from January 30. Her father and uncle held her hostage because she was going to marry outside of her caste.
