Youth rapes teen on pretext of marriage

Police arrested 19-year-old Nirmal Pun of Tribeni Rural Municipality-6 on February 13 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. Pun allegedly raped the girl on February 4 on the pretext of marriage.
