Police arrested 19-year-old Umesh Jogi, a resident of Phedap rural municipality-2 on February 18 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The victim filed a complaint against the accused on February 17 stating that he raped her on June 18, 2019, and that she was pregnant.
