Youth arrested on charge of raping teen in Chaupadi hut

Police arrested 24-year-old Padam Bahadur Tamang of Chamunda Bindrasaini-1 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. Tamang allegedly raped the girl on February 18 while she was in Chhaupadi hut built to isolate during menstruation.
