Man accused of raping underage girl absconding

A man has absconded after raping a girl in Kohalpur of Banke district. According to DSP Kuldeep Chand of Area Police Office Kohalpur, Bhoj Bahadur Thapa, 30, absconded after raping the 12-year-old girl on Saturday evening.
DSP Chand said that the search for Thapa, who absconded after the incident, has been intensified. The victim is undergoing treatment at a local hospital.
