Protesters block highway after youth dies in accident

Protesters blocked East-West Highway after a young man was killed in an accident at Sasapur in Sarlahi. Vehicular movement was resumed on Tuesday afternoon after the agreement to pay compensation to the family of the deceased was done.
A truck bearing plate number Na 8 Kha 8521 collided with a motorcycle bearing plate number Na 48 Pa 1701 on the East-West Highway at Sasapur Ganesh Chowk in Hariwan Municipality-4 on Friday night and the deceased has been identified as Roshan Bhujelb, 21, of Hariwan Municipality-4, Sasapur Ganesh Chowk.
The mob set fire to the truck on Friday night claiming that the youth died as a result of recklessness of the truck driver.
